End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the guest WiFi network ("Service") provided by High-Light Electric Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Access to the Service The Service is provided for temporary use by guests of High-Light Electric Inc. at no cost. Access is provided at the discretion of the Company and may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason.

2. Acceptable Use By using the Service, you agree NOT to: Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activity. Transmit or store any material that infringes any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights). Engage in any behavior that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or any connected systems. Access or attempt to access other devices or systems connected to the network without authorization. Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful software.

3. Security and Privacy This is an open network. You acknowledge and agree that no network communication is completely secure. You are solely responsible for the security of your device(s) and any data you transmit over the Service. The Company does not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any communications made over the Service.

4. Monitoring and Logging The Company reserves the right to monitor usage of the Service to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Usage data (including websites visited, duration of connection, and device information) may be logged and reviewed in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or exposure to viruses or malware.

6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High-Light Electric Inc., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

7. Modifications The Company may update or revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the guest WiFi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
